TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TUTOR.
- The Tutor should atleast be 18 years old, must provide necessary Credentials like Identity proof, educational qualifications as per His/Her selection.
- Meetmytutor will only charge 50% of the first month tuition fee as commission. The tutor must take 2 free demo classes
- We Never meet any tutor personally for discussing on tuition jobs at our locations. Tutors have to follow the website and get redirected to desired social media platform and check the Latest Tutor Jobs list and contact us for student/parent details.
- If any complaints from the Student/Parent such as not responding to the CALL/SMS/EMAIL alerts incompetence, misappropriate behaviour, lack of punctuality etc. Of the tutor will not be given a second chance.
- As a home tutor you must follow the rules and regulations and exercise by professional competence, care, diligence and prudence. You agree that the confidential information received by you will not be circulated and used for any other purpose except teaching.
- You agree to compensate MeetMyTutor for any claims which arise from breach of any law for your negligent or wilful misconduct.
- You agree that MeetMytutor’s relation with you is not considered as that of an employer & employee. We are mere agents connecting the tutor and the parent.
- We are not responsible for any inconvenience or mishappening by the parents and you will teach only when atleast one parent in the house.
- You assure that all the information provide by you is true and fair and is independently verified by you.
- If you agree to take an assignment you must complete it but incase of unavoidable circumstances a prior notice of 15 days must be given.
- MeetMyTutor reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned Terms and Conditions with or without giving any prior notice at any time.
